Fans across the country have been swept up by Toronto Blue Jays fever as Canada’s baseball team faces off against the Royals for a do-or-die Game Six in Kansas City tonight. If the Jays win—and let’s face it, our ace David Price is no sure thing—we’ll get one more chance Saturday night to find a route to the World Series. Why wouldn’t you want to share the joy and pain of that with others—preferably with enough beers on tap to toast sweet victory or drown our collective sorrows. Of course, watching the game at your local pub doesn’t come cheap, once you factor in food, drink and tips. That’s why we’ve compiled a list of Blue Jays deals across the country. Tequila Bookworm This laid-back joint focuses exclusively on Ontario-made craft beer, wine and cider. More importantly, it has an HD projector playing the Jays game in its “Upshtairs” event venue. Grab $5 tall cans of beer and free popcorn to get the most out of your viewing experience. 512 Queen St. W The Pour House Pub & Kitchen Enjoy $4 beer on the tap of the day and cheer on the Jays at this pub in Toronto’s Annex area. 182 Dupont St. The Dock Ellis The original Dock Ellis once threw a no-hitter for the Pittsburgh Pirates under the effects of LSD. At this Dundas West bar, you can enjoy David Price’s performance from a safer distance, under the effects of $5 cans of Woodhouse beer served all game long. 1280 Dundas St. W. The County General This bar is offering Blue Jays–hued shots for $6 on game nights to get you into the celebratory spirit. 936 Queen St. W. Triple A Bar This eatery offers Texas-style BBQ but don’t worry, they support the Toronto Blue Jays through and through. They open earlier than usual to screen games and offer deals like $5 pints and $3 tequila shots. 138 Adelaide St E. Dundas and Carlaw If you’d rather be caffeinated than inebriated, this Leslieville establishment gives away a free coffee to anyone wearing Blue Jays gear! (They also serve $5 beers during the game.) 1173 Dundas St. E. Hitch Limited Grab $5 pints and $3 shots every time there’s a meeting at the mound. British Columbia
