Are adult children entitled to any inheritance after their father married a second time. An umbrella will was made with no specifics to which ever one died first. A house and truck are fully owned assets. Also his completely owned Mother’s house In a small old town is owned, being rented at this time.
My husband died 2013 and we have together 1 child who is 22. All of a sudden she wants the house. I’m trying to sell it to pay it off. She refuses.
What are my rights? The buyer wants her to sign the deed which she refuses.
