I’m 67 and back in the 1970’s when we started work the push by the ‘experts’ was to save save save for retirement. If we could go back we would have travelled more when we had our energy and youth to see the world. I find then and now there is too much focus and scare mongering by the financial industry regarding saving. Enjoy your life in balance with saving as you don’t know what curve ball life will throw at you. If it does then all you’ll have is regrets for the experiences missed out on.
