Canadians have money on the brain, with 65% of the population losing sleep over their finances, according to the Royal Bank of Canada.
While 27% cited paying off their debt as their main concern, 18% pointed to not having enough money to retire, and 16% said they were worried about not having an emergency fund. One-in-three said they were not secure in any aspect of their financial situation.
Individuals who are losing precious shut-eye over these worries are being encouraged to prioritize their concerns from greatest to smallest, and to create a realistic itinerary for how to go about eliminating them.
