Canadian born and Canadian resident : What happens to your divorced Dad’s with no property assets if he died at 69 years old, worked full time with payroll deductions into CPP, never did his income tax returns for many years, never applying for his CPP and OAS. He had a WILL for his grown up children to have whatever is left! (Ps this is for a friend who has to handle his death affairs)
