I’m interested in a property in another country

And most inexpensive way to do so
I have a rental property in a holding company. The rent is $24,000 per year. I live in BC how much tax will I have to pay? The net profit is $20,000. If I pay tax on the $20,000 and I then take a dividend of $20,000 how much tax will i have to pay? It seems to me I will be taxed twice. Once for the holding company and once on the dividends. My income is $50,000 plus the dividends,
