Have been losing. Money from bmo account via fraud ,, bmo fraud team refuse to investigate or accept responsibility,, their security is not great , your money is not safe in a bmo account…!!!
Scotiabank bank is not good to senior citizens in my experience.
Also the manager doesn’t deliver when they state they will call back. This happened several times. It is awful for information via telephone. No one answers the phone nor return calls leaving the solution to a query left on the answering machine at a particular branch midtown. If someone.calls they give wrong extension to reach them.
